Our second F day started with french toast!
We planned on going fishing today, but as we were heading out, we learned that all 8 generators were running, and that is just too many. We had to do something, because Reece was super excited about fishing, so we decided to go to the fish hatchery instead. That way we could see where a lot of the fish that are in the river come from!
Reece LOVED this! We saw so many fish!
We saw BIG GIANT fish!
And we saw little bitty baby fish! We even got to see them feed the fish! Reece thought that part was really funny, because the fish would jump out of the water!
As we were leaving, we decided to walk down to a nearby creek. It's called Dry Run Creek, but it is a huge creek! We saw lots of fish here also.

There were little waterfalls and HUGE rocks that were placed for you to walk over the water.
Reece was in heaven!
At the end of the trail was a picnic table overlooking the creek. We did not know about this place or we would have brought a lunch with us. But we will definitely go back! I think we will bring our poles and head down the path and find the perfect place for a picnic. Hmmm...sounds like a perfect p day to me! :)
Even though we missed out on a fishing trip, we did see TONS of fish, and we had LOTS of fun! And we were so glad that we found an new favorite place. :)
